i've got a 96 integra and blinkers don't work. the car has had a tan to black dash conversion with a 95 dash. the fuse diagram (assuming form the 95 dash) shows a place way to the right for a turn light fuse, but the panel has no such fuse, wtf?? i've checked the relay/flasher, the hazard switch, the bulbs, and yes the fluid is fine! hazards work fine but blinkers do nothing, just like a bad fuse but i don't seem to have a fuse. can someone confirm that a 96 does or does not have a "turn light" fuse right next to the fuse puller? thanks!

Thanks for the diagram. so i think the problem may be that the dash and dash harness are obd1 (95) and the car is obd2 (96), so from what i've found the dash harnesses are different. so do i need to tear the dash out and use the right harness or is there another way to get them working? or is this totally un-related? thanks again

 

can anyone confirm that using the obd1 harness in an obd2 car would cause this? i really don't want to pull the dash out and find it wasn't the problem.
