i read some where on a site about how to go about testing for the best location to mount the air inlet for the intake, but i forgot what the thing is called. does anyone know?

its "??????? meter" thats the name... its supposed to measure air pressure differences through the 2 ends of a rubber hose filled half way with water and by seeing the difference of the water level in the tube, u can see the pressure difference from in the passenger compartment vs. outside while the car is moving.
