Default Intake Manifold differences?

Are there any difference between intake manifolds for an auto gsr vs a manual. I'm asking because i have a 00 gsr (which is stick) and im putting in an older engine jdm b18c thats a 95 and was an automatic...

well me any my buddy are working on it and he pointed out that theres a difference between the manifolds but hes not sure...

Im almost sure they dont make automatic Gsrs. Correct me if Im wrong but Im almost 100% sure they dont.

he is talking JDM...
auto gsr's....
and dont be surprised to find an SOHC integra
