intake manifold
That's a pretty vague question. What is your goal for the car?
Since you have an LS (assuming from your username), many people are using the Skunk2 manifold. But again, it all depends on what you want to do with the car. Turbo? N/A? Etc. Most of the time, the stock manifold will be just fine. I'm pushing near 400hp on mine, and my stock mani is just peachy.
In any case, there are many manifold manufacturers that you can look into.
With the test pipe....again, depends on what you want to do with the car. You'll probably get mixed opinions here. Some will say the gains you receive aren't enough to warrant the damage to the environment.
Usually with a turbo car, you will produce gobs more high end power with a test pipe. Without serious mods, a test pipe will kill your low end torque and only free up a few horses up top.
Keep in mind, with a test pipe and a straight through exhaust, it will sound horrible.
EDIT: Just checking.....are you sure you don't mean INTAKE? Or are you indeed asking about the entire manifold? And not to be a dick or anything, but you do have an automatic. Slapping on an intake/intake manifold/test pipe won't do much at all. A stock 5-speed LS Integra will most likely still beat you. I'd concentrate on doing a 5-speed swap, or putting more "serious" mods into the car such as forced induction to cure that automatic "disease." Hehe. Sorry auto guys.

by doing this you will be able to rev harder (close to 7,000rpm)
but your transmision might not be able to handle it
like always the 5sp will take off before you but you will be able to catch it or
get close.
but a straight pipe I got mine 2.3/4 with a muffler that matches it
and it sounds just fine still quieter than others that I heard..

Of cource if you go 2.5" all the way through on an auto LS, its going to be pretty harsh on your low end. But on the other hand, if you get a 2.5" test pipe + catback it will provide a much better powerband than sticking with the small diameter, poor flowing, stock cat.
Personally I would say go with a highflow cat, it won't damage the enviorment and it won't bottleneck the exhaust system you probably paid close to a grand for. (header + catback)
yea i have an auto and i have i/h/e and when i was installing the headers i forgot to put in the gasket, and it hung with an accord v6 on the freeway. the weird thing is that when i installed pulleys the car lost pwr. and later i put in the gasket, then the throttle response isnt that great, plus my car got slow as hell. the same v6 dusts me. i was wondering if the intake manifold and test pipe will help. i want to hit low 15's on an all moter non-vtec auto hehe. ne ways thanx for ur response.
