intake cam and higher compression?

intake cam and higher compression?
Will it affect smog? The thing is i have the CTR intake cam already and i was thinking if changing my compression to get the full potential of the cams but i dont want to put it back to stock again when smog cams. Will it affect smog or i will be ok?
