I've been meaning to post this a while ago but...Rumors, or more than that now say atleast in NY that starting in June they will really crack down on smog testng, and not just "look" under the car to make sure there is a cat there in place.
Anyone know how they are gonna handle this when everyone starts to fail?????


I dont know if there is already stricter testing going on in Cali or whatnot but...

It doesn't even look like you will be able to hop a ride to chinatown for a quick inspection for 20 bucks....
