Default I'm sensing it's a SENSOR??!!!

I have an '88 CRX with a '00 OBD1 converted GSR Swap. It has a chipped P28. Recently I had to replace an Ignitor, Coil, ECU, Dizzy, Main Relay, etc... After being give some bad advice (DON'T EVER TRY TO PULL THE PLUG WIRES ON YOUR MSD IGNITION SYSTEM.... DON'T DO IT!!!) I fried a bunch of stuff as a result!
Any way, after replacing all of the above, I can now get the car to start just fine, but it is bogging down and sputters above 3300 RPM??? I don't know what the heck it could be? I tested the TPS and reset it... What other sensors could there be? Could it be a bad wire harness???

It just purrrrrs @ idle (1000K RPM).

I can't get it to REV past 3300 RPM without it sputtering and bogging down...It's like it is REV LIMITING or some damn thing!!!!

WHAT THE HELL??!!!

Please help!

I already replaced the dizzy with a brand new, complete unit... and the result was no difference... same symptoms...
