I have an obd1 b20b in my 94 integra rs.. with a possible bad icm..

Will the ignitor from an obd0 sohc dizzy work??

What all distributor internals are interchangeable..

looking for a very quick fix..

any help is much appriciated..

Any explaination of why not, the mounting holes or what?

Not to say you don't know what your talking about, because you might.. But just people of the different part #'s doesn't mean they are not interchangeable. When i searched.. I did pull that up somewhere.. I'm just not 100% sure..


Bump.. For someone who has ran into this problem

 

Part numbers don't mean everything ,i have swapped parts before and they worked fine, try it out, let us know if it works for future reference.

 

i want to know too. i have a 0bd2b LS ignitor that is known to be good and working. and also a obd2a GSR ignitor that might be bad. i need to know if they are compatible because I don't want to spend 200 bucks if it turns out the reason my car doesnt start is something outside the the dizzy.
