my distributor went bad a while back and then i replaced it w/ a new one and then the car was running fine but then the check engine light went on took i got the computer diagnosed, my mechanic told me i could be a sensor in the distributor or it's not well grounded or it can be the computer. now when i run the car or i punch it in first gear and i hit 6000rpms the car would feel as if it hit redline(fuel cut off) and then the rpm's dropped same **** in 2nd at 4000rpm's i tought my fuel pump went bad, but the funny thing is that it does this a different rpms maybe i need to time it i dont know what could be wrong can u please help me
Well for starters what you can do is check your ECU...
Just borrow someones ECU wit the same exact car as yours and trade then see how it runs...
Or you can try a ground wire...
