Default Tachometer bounced, car died, have solid CEL

Car: 1993 Honda Civic LX. Converted to manual
I just finished an engine swap and the car was running well. A day after, the tachometer bounced and car died, then it restarted but kind of had trouble and sputtered a little before running right again. It ran great for another day, then it did the same thing again (just driving normal) and the tachometer bounced up and fell to zero and the battery light came on and won't restart. The engine cranks, but it just won't start.

My main relay is working. I hear the fuel pump (new Walbro 255) prime. There is power to the injectors and to the black/yellow wire of the distributor. I get power to the coil.

I got an aftermarket distributor and installed it. Nothing changed. I tried another ECU. Same. I tried an ignition switch from another Civic. Again, same. Where do I go from here?

I've looked and everything is saying either bad ECU, or short. I noticed I was getting less than 1v to the yellow/green wire going to the ICM in the distributor. I cannot find a spec on how much power is supposed to go through there.

The 92-95 service manual has the info to check the wires to/from dizzy. Vatozone can test ignitors, aftermarket dizzys are **** wouldnn't be surprised if they were **** from the start.

That wire should have 10-12V. Check it for a short.

Ron, thank you again. I could not for the life of me find that spec ANYWHERE. I've taken a few days off from messing with the car, i've just been too frustrated dealing with everything I've had to fix through this whole swap and I'll start checking stuff in the morning. Gotta mow the grass and clean the garage first. Ugh, I wish I could just go back to being a kid and just have my bicycle to worry about. They're easy to fix.

Checked all my grounds and added an extra. I have a new battery, pretty much everything is new now. I'm going to check for shorts and if I can't figure it out I'll swap my hatch's harness in

It must have been a bad harness because I replaced the harness and it started up.
