i have a 95 integra and i just did a b18c1 swap in it and its idling from 1000- 2000/2500 back and forth .. its annoying there are no vaccumn leaks and i cleaned out the fitv and the iacv and even did a coolant bleed and it still idles like this..HELP do i need a new iacv sensor? and if so does anyone know how much it costs

Have you tried adjusting the FITV position? Seems to me that it is ran out too far. Have you tried running it in more clockwise?
