car body says 1989 but registration says 1990. Idle is high . Cars runs and sounds great when not idling. Off and on has trouble starting time.and most times starts up good. Had work done on it. New fuel pump , gas filter, distributer,oil change, pcv ?? valve . valve adjusted, new battery. Anyone can make some suggestions would appreciated it. Oh yeah i did have the the iacv cleaned but still idle high.
