Idle Question - need help

ok - i have a 94 teg RS w/ CAI and exhaust. when i first start my car it idles at like a constant 1200 or 1300 (sometimes even 1500)- but once the engine warms up it goes down to like 700 or 800 - is something wrong?

Fast idle when the car is cold. It does it to warm the car up.
