Got this 95 Integra LS when on start up it idles perfect but if I drive it around for about 5 minutes the idle jumps really high and really low when at a complete stop, it jumps so low that the car shuts off on me like on a street light or stop sign. I'm thinking of buying a new IAC and TPS and see where I go from there but I would like to know any suggestions you guys have.

Check that link before you start throwing money at it. I'd also check for vacuum leaks, as that will cause a surging idle.
