ICM or igniter?

ICM or igniter?
Does a 1994 b18c gsr motor have an igniter or an ignition control module? I went to the honda parts dealer and they said, the only thing that comes up is an igniter, however, everyone keeps telling me that I need to get a new ICM. Are they the samething, or different?
