i have an 89 LS and im thinking of doing a drivetain swap, i have been told there was an awd/aws prelude, if this is not true thats ok, but are there any other awd drivetrains made by honda/acura that could fit that body? if no awd setups are there would a aws prelude drivetrain and motor be able to go into the 89 LS. i have friends with a machine shop if this is something that can be done. but they arent honda fanatics so i figured i should ask someone that knew a little more.

 

Anything can be done with money and knowledge, but I have never heard of or seen it done.

Also the only AWD Honda drivetrains are the CR-V, one of the JDM Integra trims with 1.6L SOHC engine, and I think some of the newer Acura SUV's.
