I have a 94 hatch wit b18c1 swap.I removed head to change piston rings & change valves. I reassembled the engine and now it wont crank. When I turn the key on the fuel pump relay clicks on & off a lot very fast, my speedo and rpm gauge fluctuate, and the pump does not turn on. It looks like I plugged all connectors correctly.Can someone plz help me out? THANX!
