Default I got a problem

ok a few weeks ago i had to change my bearings cause they were worn and were making a strange sound when i would drive, after that i had noticed that there was a small sound coming from the front of the car. it almost sounds like a small winding noise its kind of hard to explain but then also when i'll begin to slow down to stop, i start to hear what sounds like a squeeking noise. I dont know if it might be my right axle because i had to replace it a year ago; its a refurbished part (yeah i know i should have gone with an original part but i didnt have money). any thoughts on what it might be? thanks

PS: i drive a GSR (if it matters)
