Default how to socket a p75 ecu

does anyone know where a good thorough write up on how to chip and socket p75(non vtec obd1) i have been on phearable.net and a buch of other honda forums and a ecu tuning forum, and even blown up google. and not found a thourough step by step guide for how to do this. what parts are requiered and what needs to be taken out and so on and so forth. any good sites posted or any info would be awsome.

i watched it, i decided to go with the phearable.net chip and socket kit being that i couldnt find any sockets or chips at radio shack and yall have it all at a good price considering i get a base map with the chip.
