I've got a Pioneer deh-p700 and I wanna put it in my 97 integra. I've got the stock cd player in with the pocket below it right now. I've got the harness wired up and have figured out how to get the old one out. What do I do next? I can't figure how to mount this thing. The sleeve doesn't work and the stock cd player's got some sort of a bracket that screws on the back of it but it doesn't fit the pioneer. What do I need to do?

you need an installation kit, aftermarket cd players dont have the holes on the bottom for the screws.

 

go to http://www.team-integra.net and go to the articles section and go to projects..and look for the article gen3 radio install...great way of custom mounting it without having to buy a cage...my aftermarket radio fit perfectly!!!

 

I just spent $10 on a kit and it just popped right in, and now i dont have to deal with those screws on the bottom anymore
