How to mount catch can
For those of you who made DIY catch cans or got a can without a mounting bracket, HOW (with what material) did you guys use to mount the catch can? Also WHERE did you guys stuff it? If any has pictures that would be great, thanks.
SRR oil catch can
No mounting bracket on mine. I just let it sit right on top of the EVAP charcoal canister (somewhere around there) in front of the battery.

I used a Moroso catch can for my DIY oil catch can. I mounted my catch can on the passenger side shock tower (see photo below). The Moroso catch can does have a mounting bracket, but I still needed to fabricate an additional mounting bracket so that I could use an existing hole on the shock tower.

BSQ, I'd like to mount it exactly where you have it so the stock intake could possibly cover it out of view. I'm more interested in how or what you used to "fabricate the bracket", even if it is something really simple.
I bent the aluminum (see crude diagram below) so that it would not interfere with a wiring harness. I drilled a hole in each end of the piece of aluminum. I unscrewed an existing bolt (close to the gray wiring harness connectors in the photo) which holds the wiring harness to the shock tower and attached the mounting bracket. I attached the catch can to the end of the mounting bracket.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
