take it to the track....it's the only way to find out. too many factors figure into a 1/4 time (driver skill, temp, track condition, tires etc etc...)

Uh, your description sucks. If you were a little LESS VAGUE, someone maybe able to give you a ballpark time. What Crower cams are you running? What pistons? What compression? Any fuel management, chipped ecu, afc, etc?
Seriously, you want an answer to a question that's impossible to answer. You could at least get a general idea if you provided the relevant information.

you gotta be more detail for real..........what kind of rods don't tell me your running stock rods with JE piston,..........what crower stage and compression like stated before........dyno tune is the key
you should get valvetain if your running some higher lift cams with more compression that should make some nice power in the upper powerband.

you might as well save your money up and do a motor swap or do a nasty turbo setup. i've seen alot of people blow money on ls motors just a be a little bit faster than a stock gsr.
Not to be harsh or discouraging, but damn dude that seems like a waste of $ imo. Thats atleast 2k in parts, + labor all toward an Ls, 1.8 motor, non vtec, long geared tranny. Even if you were to make descent power, you tranny is not suited for all motor. Theres another $750 for a gsr tranny. If you have that much $ just go turbo, you will be faster for the same price. With those mods you will still be racing na gsr's with bolt ons
If you are convinced of the myths that turbo is unreliable than i would do an ls vtec swap, before going all motor ls.
Go Turbo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
