Default how drop tranny

Well, I got a 96 gizzer with a b20 and I startet to have clutch problems. So I got a new master & slave cylinder and it didn't fix it. (oh yeah the promblem is: when trying to shift aat high rpms 6-9 it won't let me I have to wait 4 rmp's to drop to
2-4 thous. And when I push clutch pedal down it makes a funny squeeling noise, so I have conluded its the throw-out bearing right? Well is this something I can do myself with a couple of jacks and wrenches, igot tools but little knowledge and I don't want to ***** my car up its my baby. But I don't wanna pay an arm and a leg and im not an idiot so..... any advice

Its not too hard to remove the tranny and change the clutch if you have the right tools, patience and a little help. Start by removing the CV axles and the starter. After that, start removing bolts and sensors until its loose. My one piece of advice is that once the tranny is loose from the engine, DO NOT let it hang by the input shaft or you'll bend it and really mess things up

The shifting issues probably has nothing to do with the squealing. Could be a clutch or syncro issues, but its not the TO bearing that is causing the shifting issues.

Oh yeah you think the shifting issue is another problem?great. It doesn't really grind when I try to put it in gears it simply just doesn't let me. And when I drive I hear like a loud wobble like I got a bubble in my tire or a mest up axle but its not either one of those, cuz I just changed both axles and put new tires on and it still does it! not good. Do you think it could be a warped fly wheel or a bent input shaft. Could it be cuz I have that B20 block? too much torque mybe? I don't know its pretty much stock(inteak, headers, cat back, cam gears). My car owns my life, I just want it to run like it did right after the swap 8 months ago. P.S I changed the tranny fluid and didn't see any shavings in the fluid good sign syncros are still good but who knows?

it hurt my head when I read that... anyways, if you're not sure, just bring it to a mechanic.
