how do I post pics

 

first you have to get it hosted somewhere. http://www.roadfly.com is a good host - just sign up there and then upload your pics to your personal space or whatever. then when you want to post the pic just click the "image" button and then between the [ IMG] and the [ /IMG] paste the url of your pic.
