How do I post in the market place??? When i try it it says i do no have permission??

You're an unrestricted user, so you should not have a problem posting there. Just make sure that you're trying to post in the regular H-T Marketplace, and not the Sponsor's Marketplace (which only sponsors have permission to post in). The layout and forum names can be a bit confusing.
