is it true that the usdm type r hood is lighter than the gsr or ls hood??

and does anybody know how much does it cost to have the hood painted.

yes and its made of titanium ultra lite alloy and costs 2000 dollars. really i dont think so but I hear the windshield is thinner therfore lighter...go start that rumor again! there is some truth to windshield remark though

sorry there is no difference. same part # for hoods and windshields and a lot of other parts.
