Default High CR Reliability?

Say 11.5 cr. Would something like this be reliable for a trip to San Francisco to lets say San Diego? I.e. 600 miles or so?

long drives are actually very good for the car. This assuming you're not driving like crazy

It blows out carbon deposits.

I think this myth about long drives being bad stemmed from when cooling systems couldn't keep up. On long drives, car the would just gradually overheat. Nowadays, cooling systems cool very well such that the car would be much happier if you left it running 100% of the time.
