Are they 35w or 55w?

Are they cheap and from ebay?

Are you using them in a projector housing? If not, you are a *****.

No, because those headlights are MADE for hids.

When you just throw hids into stock headlights on older cars is a nightmare.

If you don't do a proper retrofit you end up blinding people.

Fluted headlight lenses=glare no matter what you do.

If you retrofit projector's into the stock headlights with fluted lenses, it gets rid of the glare. The cut off isn't nice and sharp, but you won't look like a total douche bag blinding everyone.

So you have replaced the driver side ballast numerous times, or replaced the whole kit numerous times? Have you swapped ballasts and saw that the problem goes away?

MM&Y of car up front would have helped, this being the Integra form, we would naturally assume you installed aftermarket HIDs in an Integra.

With that said, 1998GsRIntegra questions about what kind of HIDs you have are legitimate, calling you, [or anyone] here a name is not and he will be reported, it serves no purpose and is just plain rude.

It leads to a lot of back and forth that has absolutely nothing to do with the question at hand and just uses up, [wastes] space.

So questions are..

Are they still stock HIDs?
Are the replacement parts new OEM?
Have you checked with Acura, have they had any answers?

There are a number of recalls on the 02 TL, from the auto trans, to seat belts and drivers power window, I did not however find anything about the HIDs.

Without a lot more info all I can suggest is as with any electrical problem, the first thing to do is check the grounds, in your case it would be any grounds related to the HIDs on the drivers side of the car, DO NOT just eyeball the grounds, redo them, [disconnect/clean/reconnect].

Also check connections at any connector related to the HIDs on the drivers side, unplug and spray in some contact cleaner, [penetrating oils like WD40, MoveIt and PB Blaster also will work] and the connect and disconnect a few times to clean pins before reconnecting the last time. 94

Rock on my friend. If you were blinded on a regular basis by ignorant people that just threw HID's into halogen headlight housings you'd probably feel how I do. I've almost run off of the road from just flat out being blinded by an oncoming car with a ghetto HID install.

By the way, I wasn't aware I needed to keep the language on a PG rating, but given the level of mental comprehension some people seem to have on this forum, I think you're actually spot on.
