Are HID light hard to install? Are they a simple plug in process?
And do the kits come with the light bulbs or can I use my PIAA bulbs?

 

VERY simple to install.
(if you get a "plug n play" kit instead of a HID setup ripped out of a BMW or high end Acura, etc.)

All the HID that I know of include bulbs.
-->some offer different types of bulbs as well.
YOU CANNOT use a regular halogen 9005 or 9006 bulb with HID.

halogen is a filament burning white hot. (like a toaster's heat coils)
HID is an arc of light across the space/air in between two electrodes. (like lightning)

totally worth the upgrade, the light is so clean and white with blue tints, its beautiful, functional, more safe, and a sweet "trick" mod.

Word. Mine are supposed to be coming in either this week or the next. Can't wait for to see the difference for myself. Next stop....Cams, valvetrain, and higher redline (hopefully)

That's the 4000k model... although I wish I have the extra money to go 6000k!
