Default hey i need help baddddd, db2 issues

yeah check it out, i was driving to work right, like at 5 in the morning while its raining and ****, my car was driving good and all until i got to the highway, i drive for a bit like less than a mile on the highway while its heck of pouring rain, and all of a sudden my car starts to slow down, like it was out of gas, but its not out of gas, i've still had a quarter tank, and i was like what the expletive, so i started to shift and downshift to see if anything happens, and all of a sudden i see all the lights come on in the cluster, so i decided to pull over to the side of the highway, and just slowed down my way out the exit, i'm already pulled over and my ignition is turned off, i tryed to start it up but it wouldn't budge turning on or nothing, so i was just stuck there, i kept trying over and over, nothing happend, just the ignition does its thing like chokes like its about to start but doesn't. and before my previous drivings past, my gears would get stuck and would not budge moving in gears at all, i was told it could be my clutch going out, could that cause my car to stop in the middle of the highway, i need help honda-tech, so if yah can help me that would be A+ thanks

I had a similar problem once and it turned out that my Timing Belt went and after taking that off the water pump was froze.

Do you remember if you ran over any decent sized puddles? Maybe water splashed up into your distributor.
