what are the specs on torqing down the head

61lbs, should be done in two steps, in a criss cross pattern, so just do the first step at 20/30lbs.

you have to torque them by 2 steps

1st step = 19-22lbs
2nd = 59-63lbs

starting with middle bolts first going outwards
