help with a scammer
i didnt know where to post this but my bro is trying to buy a car from united kingdom. the car title is US because he use to live in us and recently moved to UK.
the thing i want to know is how do i make this a safe deal. i have never done shipping on cars or anything so please help me out with the deal. the seller wants to go through western union as a friend so WU wont take any percentage away. what do i need to receive from him to be safe. please help thanks

If you want to be safe, I suggest buying a car from your own continent, then you know what your getting. To me, it seems like a big waste to buy a car from the UK when you can get the same thing over here without shipping and security hassels...JMO
it's a scam, dude. look around the forums (vehicle classifieds). this is very typical.
even ebay recommends never to use western union for making transactions because there is no recourse. All good sellers should know this and won't ask for you to use it. If they do, chances are there a scammer.

what if i use different payment method. paypal or something else? which payment method is safe? this car is too cheap to let it go. car + the shipping and the car would still be more expensive here. give me some advice
