HELP! reverse lights don't work!
Theres like a plunger that trips the lights to go on, when you put it in reverse.. check your manual for where its at.. i bet its that..
jack the car up.. go to the tranny and there should be a sensor sticking out the back near the shift selector. thats you reverse switch. pull it out and check for damage. clean it and reinstlal it. if light still don't work check wires for continuity. if you ahve power then you need a new switch.
EDIT. heres the gen 2 servic manual instructions for replacing it
