I got a problem with my car, Rover coupe 216 year 1994 (Honda engine D16a8) the problem is that it can not start after 5 or more attempts to turn it on. I try to turn it on and it switches off after 3-4 seconds. this happens only in morning when temperature is low or the car i cold. During the day it works without problems. I dont have any flashes in ECU at passenger foot. I have asked some mechanics and the answer i took in general was that it is the fault of the petrol being dirty. i have tried to fill it in different petrol stations but it is the same. here in albania there is no program for Rover general check over in order to control my car and find what is wrong with it.
can you give me an answer of what it can be?

Try a tune up. Fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs, oil, filter, spark plug wires, check your timing, fuel pressure, and any CEL?(check engine light)
