Default Help...No Vtec (searched)

I searched and looked throughout all 32 pages but haven't found any resolution. I just finished swapping in a 1st gen B16a into a 1990 Integra, and Vtec won't engage. I've checked everything. I checked all my wirings by disconnecting each Vtec pin from the ECU, and the check engine light comes on so everything works. Also ohm tested everything and everything's within specs. Replaced the Vtec solenoid, bypassed the Vtec oil pressure switch, nothing is working. The only thing I think it may be now is the ECU...but I don't know anyone local with a PR3 ECU for any testing. What do you guys think? Help me out!

Thanks for the thread bro, I've already checked everything that was listed. It's a JDM motor, so it's still faily new with low miles. When I put it in I basically did a full tune-up, new oil/oil filter, radiator fluid, etc. There's plenty of oil, so it's got nothing to do with oil problems. I'm thinking it's the ECU, but we'll see.

Yes it does click. It's brand new, replaced the old one so the Vtec solenoid works.
