Help on negotiating
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...st=75
I am going to talk to the owner of the car as well as meet up with him soon but,
I found a 94 LS for 5995$ with alot of stuff done: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...ist=7
But for 5$ more I get a better deal! lol j/k
Well first of all since the 96'LS is over 90k I will be asking the guy on,
Maintenance receipts
Receipts on oil changes, if he has any,
New Timing Belts and a New water pump since his car is over 90k miles.
interior condition, exterior condition, rust , damage, any clutch grinds, what else should I look at that is negotiable on the price of the car...
im gonna leave the guy an offer and have him call me back if he is interested(that is if he doesnt want to negotiate)
Help me out :D

For $6000 you should be able to get a GSR in great shape, I'd shop around a bit more. Check out some of the other posts on here. One guy was looking to get $2500 for a 94 RS (a better starting point anyway).

the 2500$ Teg Rs dude is obviosuly way underpriced--however I think that 6000 is too much too. I would try for 5000$

OMG! first, i would NEVER buy someones car if it has mods on it. thats the first clue that this car could have been ragged on more that normal. Also, i paid $6000 for my 95 LS Spec. Edt. with 67k miles like 3 years ago!
You sir are a ******* Idiot. People try to help you and all you can do is ignore them. You will learn your lesson soon enough. There is just too much experience around here to go around making enemies.

i came across mine looking through autotrader.com. I wanted the GSR but everyone i saw was either modded or had too many miles. This LS i bought was a dealership baby. The guy took it in for oil changes every 3k miles and had records to prove it..on top of that, he used Mobile1 Synthetic which was a big plus. Also, it had the low mileage and low price. My advice is to just keep looking, cuz its gonna take awhile until you find the right one.
