So long story short i got a ticket for street racing and fought the ticket and won. I also got a ticket from that dumb cop for supposely having a modifed exhaust when it was STOCK! The dumb court won't let me go on the ref ticket unfortunately even though I showed them proof of my stock exhaust on my car in the impound lot (pictures of course) but I guess **** happens. So here are my questions.

Everything on my car is stock emissions wise except for AEM ITR CAI and Skunk2 IM which I just passed smog with a couple of months ago. Its a 97 gsr btw.

1. I know this has nothing to do with emissions but will my car fail visual for having a jdm itr front end? (supposely it's illegal as every1 says)

2. Can I pass with a jdm itr transmission?
