I just turboed my 96 acura integra. rebuilt bottom end with ls internals. has 440 injectors on a built head. having a hesitation when it hits 5000 rpms. never did that before when it was turbo. any ideas? oh and it has a phearable chipped ecu

 

what does a built head include? and was it ever tuned? if it's just a generic chip you might want to take it to a shop and get it tuned on a dyno.

 

phearable does a base tune to what you have done. head has dual valve springs retainers and valve job. along with port and polished. all done by a reputable machine shop. its never had a problem til the rebuild.

 

would a partially stuck wastegate cause this problem?
