Yes, the head is a direct replacement for your head. But what I have to ask is why? It's the exact same head casting.

mostly because it was free and my other head took a **** with my head gasket, valves are warped, and its just all around burned. got anew head for free from a CRV so i figure ill save myself the cost of a new B18a1 head. thanks for your help.

 

oh, well i that case do it... Just make sure the head wasn't free for a reason. Might wanna get it checked out
