my friend used to have his civic coupe like that but then when he drove to SF he had to take off his front lip cause it was too low n too much hills so it will scape...

 

They look like Work S1's or SSR Professors.

These wheels went for at least 2 g's to a guy in VA. extremely nice, good luck finding some.

Work rims i beleive...very very hard to find...and if u do find sum, be prepared to pay a pretty penny!

But Rota does make a copy (!!) called the D2 if i remember correctly
