my friend used to have his civic coupe like that but then when he drove to SF he had to take off his front lip cause it was too low n too much hills so it will scape...

Work rims i beleive...very very hard to find...and if u do find sum, be prepared to pay a pretty penny!

Definitely Work Rims,

But Rota does make a copy (!!) called the D2 if i remember correctly
