my car is idling very low, ive been trying to turn the little flathead screw in the TB, but so far ive got it to turn a 360 but cant turn more, its f*in hard, so its clockwise to raise the idle right?
I could be off base here, but this is what I would check.
1) Check ignition timing. If it is real low it can cause low idle.
2) See if the t/b butterfly stop has been tampered with. Should have
the yellow paint covering it. If not adjust the stop to get the desired
idle.
To raise idle you need to open, or turn the needle screw counter clockwise.

Yeah if your turning it clockwise then you have it all the way closed. You didnt notice your idle getting lower? You need to loosen it to open up the valve to allow more air to divert the throttle plate. Righty tighty, lefty loosey.
