I've had the same problem , the first thing you do is take a hacksaw and cut the lines off back of the calipers then pump your break pedal until all the fluid runs out , after that follow it up by swiftly kicking the windshield , if that doesn't work try driving really close to the edge of a large cliff and see how well is stops , make sure not to pump them first , just head at the cliff at somewhere around 90+ kph that should do the trick. You can tell me thanks later , YOURE welcome

dude....wtf is ur problem he asked for help not, unwanted statements from idiots.
ok....back to the topic at hand, have u taken ur calipers off and looked at the seals on the pistons inside them, maybe they are bad. my back calipers piston seals were bad and my car would have trouble stopping, because of the loss in presure.
goodluck

Same thing happened to me I ended up replacing my master cyl...but try bleeding it first if no change you might want to replace your master cyl. I got a rebuilt one from autozone for $120 and I got mine put in for about $85...

a lot of times you can bleed a brake system at all four wheels and still have a mushy pedal. this can be caused by two things. 1] check the proportioning valve to see that the valve isn't sticking to send unequal pressure to the rear or front brakes. you will see this when you bleed the brakes. a lite trickle of fluid from the rears as oppossed to a steady srteam in the fronts when you crack the bleeders is one example of a faulty prop. valve. 2] when a rubber brake hose goes bad the hose acts as a one way vavle. the fluid may be pushed out of the bleeder but the hose will not allow the fluid to flow back to the master or said proportioning valve leaving the system as you described.
