!!!!The problem that i am haveing is that my thermostat will not open i put two (2) brandnew thermostat in it from honda. and the upper hoes get's hot but not the lower one (the one that comes off the thromstat houesing). My radiator fluid boills at points and also in the overflow. The fan does not turn on by its self might me sensor so i hard wired it so it works but still overheats. But if i take out the thermostat and dont run anything then my car run's fine and does not overheat but it runs really cool like really cool. I also seen if the fan would kick on when i pulled the thromstat and it didnt but the car never really got that hot only at a stand still but still didnt get all that hot. I never lost any fluid or burn any i dont think?. The car does not leak and the upper hoes gets hot, and the lower hoes stays cool i bypass the heater core and i also blocked off the (joint tube) it is the little hoes that comes off the head if it matters?
wtf please help me anything would help i really dont want to change the headgasket if its not it i really dont get any bubbles in the fluid more like ummmm.. i dont know but its not bubbles kind of like a pluse?

Are you sure you're installing the T-stat in the right direction?

Let me know what u discover since i am running into the same issue.

Fresh build on this Integra LS
SRP pistons, Aagle rods
Fresh Oil, Water and head gasket
New thermostat
new Fluidyne radiator and Spal Fan
Hondata S300 reports 190F at idle, but when driven for like 10 min it gets to 218F and then shortly the OH engine code kicks in.
We have even taken out the thermostat and it ran cooler, but then it slowly climbs to that 218F again. We checked the dip stick and there is no mixing of fluids.
We are thinking it could be the water pump even though is new? Could this be the culprit, since we are wanting to avoid not having to check the new HG.
