help!!!!
ok well i had my dash lights go out so i pulled the fuse that was broken. and i went to Advanced auto and got a 10 amp fuse to match the one i pulled. but the one i bought was smaller size fuse but still same amp . now me being in a hurry just put it in and tried to start my car ..... Nothing . car didnt start , didnt even make a sound . so i put the old broken fuse back in thinking it would start but yet again nothing but once i pop start it its fine runs great . plrase any advice
Are you sure you pulled out the right fuse? I thought when I replaced mine, it was a 15 amp..
And there are usually spare fuses in the fuse box, just read the back of the cover to find out where they are located.

ive checked all of the fuses but to be safe i can check again . and another question (which is kind if a dumb one) but is there a positvie or negative on a fuse i dont think there is right?

theres no pos and neg on fuses. i would put 100$ down and make a bet that its ur ignition fuse under ur hood. look in the fuse box near ur battery and its a 50 amp (i believe) fuse. if ur ingiton lights dont come on and ur car wont click at all....its 100% ur ign fuse. tell me wat happens
well the igntion switch went bad so that why the car didnt start but i by passed it so i didnt have to buy a new ignition switch. i can check under the hood. i dont think that the problem and also like when i leave me lights on and open the door its doesnt beep anymore to tell me i left my lights on.
that is the fuse but its a ten . so i went to out and bought a pack of ten amp fuses the go in ok but it i leave the fuse cover off , and as soon as i turn my dash lights on i hear and see a pop of the fuse i just replaced and it does this every time so now i have to go buy more fuses. but why should they be blowing every time i turn on the dash lights if its the same ampage as before? (this is getting agrivating)thanks to all who have helped so far
