first off, i am trying to get the main pulley off. is it reverse threads? also they say there is a special tool for this, is there anyother way? the where do you line it up. there are the 3 lines then the one off to the right. then as for the cams, why is there this gap when they are at top dead center? here is are pics. http://www.we-todd-did-racing....D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing....D.jpg there is one intake cam sticking up because its trying to push a valve down, and there is also is a exhaust lobe tring to push a valve down. do i just put the cam holders(what ever there called) on the cams and that will take it down. i have a chiltons and its not worth a damn, except for torque specs. help would be very helpful.
