HEATER PROBLEM WITH DA!

HEATER PROBLEM WITH DA!
The only thing that works for my heater is the max strength.. I can only put it on full blast or off.. even its on the third dot it doesnt work... Anyone have this same problem and anyone know what i have to get to to fix it? like take the console out or something else... thanks
