i work at a detail shop, we just use aggressive cut compound with a rag, then polish and and wax. comes out like new

 

what's a cut compound, is it rubbing compound

yeah it is but when u refer to "cut" its the level of how harsh it is on the paint.
ie: medium cut, aggressive cut

 

can you get it at Pepboys

 

yes you can get it at any car store it will be with all the washing/waxing materials

Use Eagle One NEVR-DULL. 5 bucks at autozone, makes your headlights like new. no joke. theres a article on team-integra about it.
