Default Headlight fuse problem.

I found out my left headlight is not working because of a blown fuse, i bought two 10A's today and blew them both again. I put the fuse in, turn the lights on, i hear a click and it blows right away. right headlight is fine. Any one have any ideas?

Have you wired anything in your car lately?

1 - When your turned on the lgihts did the left one light up before your burnt the fuse?

2 - You probably have a short in the left wiring harness for the bulb. Disconnect it and try to see if there are any cuts in the wire that could be shorting to the chassis. Leave it disconnected and drop a fuse in...see if it blows....if it doesnt, and the wires are fine...then somehow your bulb is shorting out.

Nothing added recently...
Does anybody remember what fuse I connect the yellow wire to for a Tenzo fog light? I don't remember what the instructions said.. but the wire is exposed right now, although I think it's unrelated. I think it's the accessory light fuse but i'm not sure.
I'll check the wiring for the headlights again...

Depends on what you want it to do.

I assume you are talking about the control wire for the foglight relay.

You can hook it up to the + of one of your running lights (this will light the foglights when your running lights are on)
You can hook it up to the ACC power, this will turn on your fogs when the car is in ACC mode (position 1)

You basically have fredom of choice

ended up being one of the bulb of my 9005 conversion. for some reason the left bulb will burn my fuse... I've had them on for over 6 months though.. when I put 9005's in they were fine.
