wow, how many header's does your car need? hytech is a good brand, but its gonna cost you. i personally have megan, and it seems to do the job pretty good.

You figured out how to "fully build" a GSR but you can't figure out what header is good for it? You sir, are ridiculous.

X2 and not cheap.

I also like the JG Headers or Exhaust Manifold or whatever they're called.

Check the ITR forum FAQ thread. There were some header comparisons there with dyno plots.

If you have the DC JDM (Type R Copy) 4-1, then those are pretty good.

The ONLY thing about those headers or exhaust manifold is that those hang really low.

I bashed the **** out of mine within 2 days of installing them.

I use both on my car right now, if it wasn't for the second one I dont think I would've gained the 20hp from them! I love my headers.

There were some nice dyno comparisons i was just reading at team integra. The Hytech seems to have the best power curve, at least on the engine they tested it on. The new Edelbrock piece looks like an almost exact copy in the pics. The one reason i took notice is the fact that it clears the AC and requires no further mods to fit properly. Couple that with a $360 price and ceramic coated 16ga and i love it. The Hytech copy 18ga stainless is the other one i was eyeballing i'd like to see clearance on the two before i make a choice. i don't want to kill a header on a hard hit on the road.
