i have a 98 gsr and i was wondering what headers would b the best for it. im going all motor with this car so i was looking at mugen headers but didnt find any that was for my car, they were all for the itr so i was wondering if the mugen header is really worth it and if u guys know the horsepower gains on the mugen header. i saw a spoon header dynoed at 35 to the wheels but i think that headers should give that much. well plz help thx

 

If you have the funds and really want power, look into rmf, smsp, rage...With some of these you have a waiting time but ive heard these header are top notch. Check out the all motor forum.

 

A B series header is a B series header. LS, GSR, ITR are all the same. If you want something that will give you actual gains, listen to atg1290 RMF, SMSP, DTM, Rage. They are expensive but worth it in my opinion. But like he said check out the all motor forum and you will get more responses. Alot of the integra guys go turbo so they will usually try to sway you in that direction.
